Patricia Bartoli-Berti was born in the south of France in the seaside port of Marseilles. After attending the school of "Beaux Arts" for sculpting in Paris she continued her studies at the University of Paris eventually achieving two Masters degrees. Upon her arrival in the USA she settled in the city of Los Angeles and immediately became involved in the world of mosaics and furniture design.

In 1994 she discovered computer assisted imagery and embraced it entirely as it revealed to her new and exciting tools with which she could express her art. What intrigues her the most about digital art is its infinite possibilities and the fact that it is an ever evolving medium that has only the imagination for boundaries.

Many of her pieces have been published in various international digital art magazines such as EFX Art and Design, Computer Arts, Design Graphics and NAPP.

Recipient of the 2001 Communicator's Award of Distinction for Illustration and Graphic Design.
